About Lisa
Lisa Rodvien is a public school teacher in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. While Ms. Rodvien currently teaches at Arundel Middle School in Odenton, Maryland, she began her work in the field of education as an attorney. In the early 2000s, she worked for a law firm that helped state education agencies implement the requirements of the No Child Left Behind Act. Eventually she learned that she wanted to work directly with young people and transitioned to a career in teaching. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Cornell University, her Master's in Education from George Mason University, and her Juris Doctor from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. Lisa lives in Annapolis, Maryland with her husband, George Rodvien.
