Community Engagement

Our Community Engagement Officers have offices in the Arundel Center, however, they spend much of their time in your neighborhoods attending community-based events and meeting with community leaders. Contact the Community Engagement Officer assigned to your area of the county for the following:

  • Information about a project in your community
  • To voice your opinion about a county policy or an upcoming piece of legislation
  • To proactively communicate and discuss your goals for your community
You can reach out to the main office and we will connect you with your Community Engagement Officer or you can click on the link below to identify your assigned officer for direct contact.

Weekly Newsletters

CECS will email a weekly newsletter to keep community members and leaders up to date with what is going on in the CE’s office. Please make sure to register your community or homeowner’s association HERE. These e-blasts contain important information about upcoming events including scheduled community meetings that developers must hold when proposing a new development in your area.
