The Anne Arundel County digital payment system now provides the tools to pay your Utility and Tax bills online by autopay and by phone using debit card, credit card, eCheck, and digital wallets.

- Make a one-time payment using the automatic payment online
- Pay using debit card, credit card, and eCheck
- Link your preferred digital wallet using PayPal/PayPal Credit, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Venmo
- Pay your bill by phone using our automated system any time of the day or night, seven days per week
- Walk-in payments for Utility and Tax bills also accepted at participating Walmart locations
